[Windows] Keyboard Shortcut Suggestions

Hi, I wanted to briefly share two ideas that I had for keyboard

• a shortcut to most recent transcription saved in the history (bonus points for wo additional shortcuts to paste the second most recent and third most recent transcriptions, respectively)

• an option (e.g. a checkbox in the setting) for each shortcut to only apply when the BabblyAI recording bar (the little UI that pops up at the bottom of your screen when you press Alt + Spacebar; I have also attached an image of this to clarify what I am referring to). This would help minimize any potential for conflicts with other shortcuts that the user may be using (e.g. via Windows PowerToys, AutoHotkey, etc.)
