Voice messages aren’t getting transcribed.

On October 20, 2025, I noticed that, for some reason, the Windows 11 app refuses to send recordings for transcription—they just keep spinning in a sort of “sending” loop, but nothing actually goes through. Maybe it’s partly tied to an old hiccup with Amazon AWS, but as far as I can tell, they’ve already sorted out their end. What’s weird is, this sending issue only pops up in the desktop app. The browser extension works fine—transcription goes smoothly on Chrome, but for some reason, the desktop program just won’t send anything.
