The "GPT-4o-transcribe" model is set as the default for transcription.

I'd like to see an option in the software setup to set a different default model for transcription, just like what's done in the browser extension.

Specifically, I'd love the ability to choose the “GPT-4o-transcribe” model, as it's much better at processing speech than the “Whisper” model.
