Slow transcription

Hi, I’ve noticed that sometimes the transcription has been really slow for the past three days, so I don’t think it’s just a temporary issue, given that it’s been going on for that long. Also, there’s a banner that pops up, but it disappears so quickly I can’t make out what it says. Is there some sort of problem with the servers or something along those lines?
