Slow transcription
Hi, I’ve noticed that sometimes the transcription has been really slow for the past three days, so I don’t think it’s just a temporary issue, given that it’s been going on for that long. Also, there’s a banner that pops up, but it disappears so quickly I can’t make out what it says. Is there some sort of problem with the servers or something along those lines?

Hi. I'd just like to point out that the problem is becoming increasingly evident. Seven out of ten transcriptions are now extremely slow, with significant latency, sometimes five or six seconds. Perhaps this is all due to the problems with the latest messages I've read?

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our third party providers, which is affecting the service. This appears to be related to regional instability due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran, which is impacting infrastructure in some areas.
We are currently working to relocate our services from these regions.
At the moment we are running in a safe mode. Dictation should work, but some other features may be limited or not functioning properly.

I should also mention that I have a super fast fiber optic connection, and I don’t use a VPN.
