In the account tab please click on the blue button “Continue with Google” and then select your email, this should fix the issue. Let me know if it works for you.

This time it worked.
I was actually logged in with my Gmail account and it showed I was on the free plan. I logged out, then logged back in with the exact same Gmail account, and now my plan is back.
I didn’t have to use my web.de account name at all.
