I checked the modes on our side, and they seem to be working correctly, so I’d like to understand exactly how you are activating the mode.
The correct flow is:
Create your mode in Settings → Modes.
Then hover over the toolbar. You should see the new icon for your custom mode.
Click the icon of the mode you've created.
The transcription should then use that mode’s instructions.
You can also assign a shortcut to a specific mode:
Go to Settings → Shortcuts.
Find your mode in the shortcuts list.
Assign a shortcut to it.
Use that shortcut whenever you want to start transcription with that mode active.
If it still does not apply the mode instructions, please send me the exact steps you are doing when starting the transcription, and I’ll investigate it further.
