Missing Floating Toolbar

I’m testing this on Windows, and I’ve run into an issue. The floating toolbar is no longer visible. All I can see is the tray icon. When I double-click the icon, it only opens the settings window. If I minimize the settings window, the icon just sits in the taskbar, and clicking it again only brings the settings back up. If I close the settings, the icon minimizes to the Windows tray, but re-opening it still only gives me the settings—never the actual floating toolbar with the dictation modes.

This wasn’t the case when I first installed the software—the toolbar was available then—but after restarting my machine, it has disappeared.
