LIne in video

Both in VLC player and while streaming HBO Max in Brave browser I see a horizontal black line at the place of the blabby interface. It appears a small part of the interfac is sticking out above the Windows 11 taskbar as in image, when playing video the taskbar disappears but this small part of blabby is overlayed over the video.
