Know which model is being used for transcription

I had this idea about allowing users to choose different transcription APIs, like on cursor when you can choose different models … it would be interesting for advanced users that know subtle differences among them (such as, some are better at interpreting parts of a sentence that are spoken in a different language mid speech … some are better at translating tone to text, some are faster, etc)
