JavaScript problem.

I've attached an image showing a JavaScript problem occurring on my PC. Please fix this as soon as possible. Additionally, on some other computers I work on, the control space function doesn't work and doesn't switch the item or icon to listening mode. I've attached an image of this problem as well.
