Hello,

I’m having trouble logging in with my paid account, or even when I do manage to log in, it doesn’t show my plan.

    Hey Vivian, sorry about that. We had a third party service degradation. We switched to a new one. Now it should not happen anymore.

    Sometimes I can log back in and then it stops working again altogether. Please fix this bug as soon as possible, it’s really urgent.
