If I understand correctly, you'd like Blabby to recognize and correctly spell specific names and terms that you frequently use.
You can already do this! Open Blabby Settings → Languages, and under your preferred language, you'll find an Add Spelling button. Click it and add the words you'd like Blabby to recognize. The AI will then try to use those exact spellings when transcribing.
If the AI still spells something incorrectly, you can use Snippets as a fallback.
For example, if Blabby keeps transcribing "Szczecin" as "Stettin", go to Snippets → Add Snippet → Find & Replace and enter:
When I say: Stettin
Replace with: Szczecin
Click Add, and whenever Blabby transcribes "Stettin", it will automatically replace it with "Szczecin".
Let me know if this is what you're looking for!
