Extended Retype/Recovery - Daily Log

A …database? of the transcribed out put would be awesome. I'm looking into setting up for personal use (but I'm a newb-ie lol) to a lot of this stuff, a logging feature or instead of just having three of the recent transcriptions a database or even just a file of all the transcriptions I've used for the day would be awesome, super helpful, and can even help me with speech, prompting and all sorts of stuff.
