Hey Brad, can you try logging out and back in, then try creating a mode again?
To log out, click your profile, click the little arrow on your avatar, then click Log out.
After that, at the bottom, click the login button and try logging in again.

I logged out and logged back in and I’m still getting the same error and it will not let me create my own modes. Also, is there a way in modes to tell it to turn off auto punctuation and to take punctuation directly from the dictation?
