Customize the position of the floating bar.

Feature Request

I would like to be able to move the bar on the Windows app just like I am able to move the dot or bar in the browser add-on.

To put it wherever I need it, maybe on the second monitor.

    Additionally, I think it would be helpful if the bar would not overlay other fullscreen applications and could be toggled to be hidden fully.
