BlabbyAI crashes when pressing Ctrl+Space to start dictation

Description:
BlabbyAI crashes every time I try to start dictation using the Ctrl+Space shortcut.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch BlabbyAI.

  2. Wait until the application is fully started.

  3. Press Ctrl+Space to start dictation.

  4. The application immediately crashes.

Actual result:
BlabbyAI crashes immediately after pressing Ctrl+Space.

Expected result:
Dictation should start normally.

Reproducibility:
100% — happens every time.

      2.2.0 (on Win 11)

        This is a bad version. We only had it available for one day before finding a bug and removing it from the release but no worries, try going to Settings, then General → Transcription Engine, and change it to Whisper. If it doesn't work, uninstall it, go to https://blabby.ai/download download the Windows version, and reinstall it.

          And one more thing: this might be a history-related issue. Please go to History → Settings → Delete History, then try dictating again and let me know if it works.

            I’ve removed all history - still chashes.

          The same problem with 2.1.1, trying to change the transcription engine.

          2.1.1 version doesn’t have this setting. What should I do to fix the problem? It crashes.

            Can you elaborate on what you mean by “crashes”? When you start dictation, what happens? Does the app exit? Does it show any error message or pop-up?

              I just push Ctrl+Space, then wait for 1 sec, then bottom panel disappears, app disappeears from tray, from Task Manager. No error, no popup, nothing.
