The bug seems to reapear, as I restarted it and even ran it as administrator but it still does not start the recording anymore when pressing the shortcut.

I changed the shortcut only two hours later realizing I need to change it back (conflicting assignment and me being too used to it being STRG+SPACE) and since I changed it back I don't get the problems anymore, so it works now. Thank you.
