Auto startup is on but still is not opening automatically manully i'm opening application

Auto startup is turned on in my laptop automatically to turn on but still it’s not working. Each time I’m manually turning on the blab. Is there any configuration problem or something else? In the application and task manager I turned on auto startup enabled.
